I led the design and execution of web and email marketing campaigns that supported product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling. Using Klaviyo as my primary email platform, I created newsletters that aligned with our monthly sales calendar and drove consistent engagement.
EMAIL NEWSLETTERS

From bold seasonal campaigns to product launch announcements, I crafted email and web graphics that blended visual impact with strategic placement. Each campaign followed Klaviyo best practices while reinforcing the Chicology brand across platforms.
For seasonal campaigns like our Spring Sale newsletters, I designed bright, airy color palettes to reflect the mood of the season. Using customer behavior data from Klaviyo and Shopify, I highlighted best-selling product categories or personalized content based on browsing history so that it is more likely that customers would convert when seeing previously viewed items now on sale.
MISCELLANEOUS GRAPHICS
I created a wide range of flexible, ready-to-use graphics for email marketing, Amazon A+ content, web banners, and promotional needs. These assets served as a visual toolkit of rotating graphics that could be quickly deployed by team members across multiple platforms.
To showcase Chicology's product versatility, I featured a variety of interior styles and room scenes, from minimalist studios to cozy living rooms. This not only highlighted the adaptability of our blinds and shades, but also helped customers visualize them in their own spaces.
For Yellowblinds, a brand targeting young renters, the graphics embraced a brighter, more playful tone with splashes of yellow in both product and decor. These visuals were more text-forward and stylized, aligning with a younger, trend-conscious demographic.
